This year we went to see Acoustic Alchemy at the Pizza Express Dean Street.

Debbie and I would like to wish you a happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.

It’s been a very strange year for us;-

It started out really well with QVC Germany placing lots of orders only to find 10,000 being returned weeks later.

A real down for me personally was Sept telling me he was leaving in January, however this was counted by his visit from the spoof Trading Standards officer and police prior to him leaving in May.

Another highlight of the year was Karen coming over from Seattle.

Silvia, Louise, Karen H, Karen M, Jasna and Debbie and I have all moved house this year; this must be a record.

Christine joining us has bought a real mathematical aspect to the company.

Financially it has not been one of our best years, the QVC returns really hit hard and it was a long time before our investment in EasyOffice started to pay off and I was very disappointed not to be able to buy E-Press.

Technical support has continued to blossom and is doing a great job keeping Stuart under control.

Moving forward yesterday (Thursday 16th December) Blue Solutions sold their first copy of Shopfactory and there are still some great opportunities for this product. LapLink is hanging in there, although I think our days are numbered with them. QVC continues to be a great revenue earner for the company and we need to find more products for them.

Rosemary and Carole have had a quiet year, but Rosemary and I had a lot of fun doing an interview with the Average White Band earlier in the summer.

Sadly this year Jasna parted from John, but has had a lot of fun with Greg.

Hope you’ve all had as much fun here this year as we’ve had and look forward to a prosperous new year.
